On November 1, 2023, EIU signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Khon Kaen University in Thailand to collaborate on educational development and international student exchange activities.

At the event, Assoc. Prof. Chanchai Panthongwiriyakul, the President of Khon Kaen University, expressed their enthusiasm for the academic collaboration with Eastern International University, especially in the areas of student exchange and training. He stated that this partnership aims to help students develop their skills and improve their English language proficiency.

Additionally, Mr. Nguyen Tan Loi, the Chairman of EIU’s Council, shared that EIU is focusing on educational strategies and contributing to the economic, industrial, social, and cultural development. EIU is pleased to welcome Khon Kaen University students who wish to study at EIU in the future.

Following the signing ceremony, the EIU delegation met with Khon Kaen University’s representatives to exchange ideas and discuss the administrative policies of both institutions.

During this occasion, the EIU delegation also visited and met with the leadership of the Local Administration College to discuss various areas, such as nursing, business management, accounting, and more. This meeting opened up opportunities for future collaboration between the two institutions.
