On December 16, the East International University (EIU) successfully organised the seminar “Elevating Supply Chain Leadership: A Path to Excellence.”

The seminar featured speaker Douffy Youm, who has held various high-level managerial positions at the global corporation Nike. The event attracted the participation of nearly 50 researchers and business leaders from both within and outside the Binh Duong province.

During the seminar, Mr. Douffy Youm addressed topics related to the post-pandemic development of the supply chain, the ability to adapt to the current context, talent training and development within organisations, forecasting, and risk management.

In the first session of the seminar, attendees had the opportunity to listen to insights from Mr. Douffy Youm. In the second session, participants engaged in deep discussions on leadership issues, drawing from the experiences shared by speakers such as Mr. Douffy Youm, Mr. Ike Hoehn representing Ashley Furniture Vietnam, Mr. Le Cong Vinh from Tetra Pak Vietnam, and Ms. Nguyen Vu Anh Tram from the Becamex Business School.
